Hertford Heath Parish Council is reviewing whether to continue with the Neighbourhood Plan (NHP), which was designed to give our community more influence over local development. However, challenges such as reduced council capacity, lack of community support, withdrawal of government funding, rising costs, and major changes to planning policies mean the plan may no longer deliver the benefits we hoped for.
